01. Register

Register to request access to your FlashMe Distribution Network dashboard. Submit accurate business and contact details.

02. Approval & B2B

After your registration is approved, complete and submit the required B2B details. Dashboard access information will then be sent to your registered email address.

03. Add Your Content

Add your release information and required audio, artwork, metadata and other requested assets in the dashboard. Review everything carefully before submitting.

Release status: Pending → In Process → Live

After you submit a release, its status will show as Pending. Once the admin team approves it, the status changes to In Process. From there, releases typically begin going live on platforms within 10–24 hours. Platform processing times and exceptions may vary.

Pending Review

Your submitted release waits for review and approval. Check that metadata, rights and assets are complete.

Admin Approval

After approval, the dashboard status changes to In Process and delivery processing begins.

Platform Delivery

Releases typically start appearing on platforms within 10–24 hours after entering In Process. Actual live timing can vary by platform.

Plan Ahead

For playlist consideration or placement requests, submit at least one week in advance and personally notify the FlashMe team.

Meta and Spotify: FlashMe aims to deliver eligible releases for same-day live availability on these platforms. This is subject to complete and approved submissions, platform processing, and each platform's own review or publishing timelines; same-day availability is not guaranteed.

Visit the Platforms & Services page or Contact Us to enquire about content registration and claim support. Eligibility and acceptance depend on rights ownership, documentation and platform rules; registration does not automatically guarantee a claim or protection outcome.

Important: Content & Release Terms

  1. You must own or control the necessary rights to all content you submit, including audio, lyrics, artwork, samples and performances.
  2. Fully AI-created content may not be approved. Submissions are reviewed under FlashMe's content requirements and applicable platform policies.
  3. Reused or repetitive content is not allowed. Do not submit duplicate, copied, misleading or mass-repeated releases.
  4. Takedown requests: as a general rule, only content that has been live for at least three months is eligible for a takedown request. Exceptions, if any, require review and approval.
